RULES OF
MEMBERSHIP
1.0 APPLICATION
Ø Members
of the Club
are subject
to these
Rules of
Membership.
Failure to
comply with
the Rules
can result
in
suspension
from
membership
for periods
of 3 months
up to an
indefinite
suspension.
2.0 BOOKING
OF TRAVEL
AND MATCH
TICKETS
Ø Membership
card must be
shown on
booking of
any travel
and discount
will only be
given on
production
of same and
only to the
person named
on card.
Ø Membership
card must be
shown on
purchasing
any ticket
from the
Ticket
Office.
Ø For
Members
living
outside a 25
mile radius
i.e. exiled
members, you
will be able
to book
match
tickets over
the phone as
the Ticket
Office will
have all
membership
details, all
tickets
purchased
will be sent
to address
on
application
form only.
3.0
COACH TRAVEL
Ø
Members
will not
consume or
possess
alcohol/illegal
substances
on Club
coaches.
Members who
try to board
coaches
under the
influence of
the above
will be
refused.
Ø All
coaches are
NON SMOKING
Ø Members
will refrain
from acts,
which could
cause damage
to Club
coaches.
This
includes
banging
windows,
fighting,
throwing
objects or
deliberate
damage to
seats or
other parts
of the
coaches.
Members
found guilty
of such
damage will
be charged
for same.
Ø Members
must obey
the
instruction
of the
Stewards at
all times.
Physical or
verbal abuse
of Stewards
will not be
tolerated.
Ø Members
must refrain
from
unnecessarily
littering
coaches.
Ø Members
must respect
the feelings
of fellow
passengers.
Members will
refrain from
using foul
language,
obscene
gestures and
aggressive/hostile
behaviour.
Ø Members
found in
possession
of offensive
weapons on
coaches will
be subject
to instant
and
indefinite
suspension.
Ø If
necessary,
members who
misbehave
will be put
off the
coach or
reported to
the nearest
police
station.
4.0 FOOTBALL
RELATED
OFFENCES
Ø Members
who have
been
convicted of
a football
related
offence will
be
automatically
suspended
from
membership
for a period
to be
advised.
Members who
have been
arrested but
not charged,
or ejected
from ground,
or charged
but
subsequently
found not
guilty of
the offence
may not be
suspended
immediately.
However
their
behaviour
will be
closely
monitored by
Officers and
persistent
offenders
may be
suspended at
a later
date. |
